1. Acceptance of Terms and Agreement

3. The Store and Products

Cutvex offers various products for purchase through the Site. We strive to display accurate and current information regarding product descriptions, specifications, features, dimensions, materials, colors, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product images displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance, including colors, textures, dimensions, and packaging, may vary from the images shown due to photographic lighting, screen display settings, manufacturing variations, or supplier updates. 4. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cutvex. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, fraud detection, credit verification issues, or restrictions on quantities available for purchase.

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs only when we ship the products to you, at which time a binding contract is formed for the purchase of those products. We reserve the right to cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, if we suspect fraudulent activity, identify pricing or product description errors, experience system malfunctions, or determine that completing the order would violate applicable law or our policies.

If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from order cancellation, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to two (2) business days following payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to inventory, operational, or logistical constraints.

5. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify product pricing, discontinue products, or offer promotional pricing at our sole discretion.

Sales tax is calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address and applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. In the event of a pricing error, whether the error is on the Site, in promotional materials, in an order confirmation, or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you of the cancellation. If you have already been charged for a cancelled order due to a pricing error, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.

6. Payment

Cutvex does not store complete credit card or payment information on its servers. Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You agree to promptly update all payment information, including credit card number, expiration date, and billing address, in the event of any changes. If your payment method is declined, we may attempt to process the payment using alternative methods or contact you to obtain updated payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders if we detect fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized payment activity. We may require additional verification or documentation before accepting or processing certain orders. In cases of suspected fraud, we may report such activity to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to two (2) business days following payment confirmation. After processing, estimated delivery time within the United States is approximately three (3) to five (5) business days, depending on your shipping destination and the shipping carrier's operations. Shipping within the United States is FREE — there are no shipping charges for domestic deliveries.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including but not limited to customer location, shipping carrier schedules, weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Cutvex is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Cutvex is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address information provided by you. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Cutvex pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend that you inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items to the carrier and to Cutvex immediately.

8. Returns and Refunds

Cutvex offers a thirty (30) day return policy for eligible products. This return window is our own voluntary policy; there is no general statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for online purchases under U.S. federal law. Specific terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, return procedures, refund processing, and return shipping information are detailed on our Return and Refund Policy page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery and comply with all return requirements as set forth in our Return and Refund Policy. Returns must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories included. Certain products may be ineligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other factors as specified in the Return and Refund Policy.

Approved returns within the United States may qualify for free return shipping in accordance with the terms of our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are processed after returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved by our returns department. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cutvex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with browsing the Site and purchasing products. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to investigate violations of these Terms and to take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to reporting suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other third parties, and disclosing information as necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information.

We have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting materials on or through the Site. You waive and hold harmless Cutvex from any claims resulting from any action taken by Cutvex during, or as a result of, investigations or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either Cutvex or law enforcement authorities.
